General ItemsIf an item doesn't fit we do accept returns for exchanges. You must notify us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org)
within 5 days of receipt of goods.
If wish to exchange an item you must notify us to get a Return Authorization number from us and the items being returned MUST
still be in BRAND NEW, UNWORN CONDITION,
with tags still attached and non-damaged packaging.
We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. Obvious signs of use include, but are not limited to, pet hair, the smell of cigarette smoke and/or perfume. There is a 10% restocking fee on all exchanges.
We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling.
If you return items for exchange, you will be responsible for the cost to have the replacement item shipped back to you. Failure to notify us within the 7 day period will result in refusal of your return. Once you notify us, you will be issued a Return Authorization number which must be written on the outside of the package you send to us. Once you receive this number, you have seven days to return item(s) to us. Any packages received without the appropriate Return Authorization # written on the outside, or received after 10 days, will be returned to sender. You are responsible for making sure the return reaches us. Either insure the package, or get delivery confirmation. We cannot issue exchanges on items we never receive.Footwear

Intimate items include, but are not limited to, lingerie, wigs, stockings, pantyhose, tights, underwear, costumes and bras.
Clearance Items There are NO returns/exchanges on Clearance Items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Clearance items are overstocks and/or customer returns. Boxes may be damaged, but items are in factory new condition.
All packaged that are shipped to you and refused will be charged a $10 fee per package refused. This fee is set by UPS for return processing. If you refuse a package, you will also be subject to the 10% restocking fee, and your original shipping will not be refunded.
It would be far easier if you would just contact us AFTER receiving the package to arrange for a RA# (return authorization).
